Construction Courses
We have designed a range of courses to suit individual requirements. These courses will give you the flexibility to choose a particular trade area and complete either a City & Guilds Award or Certificate in a relatively short period of time.
If you are not sure which trade you would like to focus on, we have put together a collection of City & Guilds units and created the Introduction to Property Maintenance course. This short evening course may be one to suit your requirements as it will give you a taste of four different trades in bite-sized units. Once you have completed this programme of practical study you may like to progress and develop your skills in one particular trade area.
We also have available our popular City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma courses. You will attend the centre on a part time basis for up to 2 years to study the underpinning knowlegde of your subject area. The course is designed to give you plenty of theory and practical experience and is assessed both internally and externally. Once completed you may wish to progress onto gaining an NVQ within the workplace as an Apprentice.
