Apprenticeships
Train4All are offer fully funded apprenticeships for 16-19 year olds and partially funded apprenticeships for 19-25 year olds in Bricklaying, Wall and Floor Tiling, Carpentry and Plastering.
As an apprentice you will build knowledge and gain practical skills in order to gain qualifications, all whilst working for an employer and earning money. You will have a contract of employment and be entitled to holidays and other terms of employment just like the rest of the workforce.
In partnership with employers we aim to ensure that young people undertake quality training both in the workplace and at Train4All. You will attend our local centre in Chard on a day release basis where training is structured around the City & Guilds Diploma, NVQ and respective Key Skills, all aspects are taught by our team of qualified industry professionals.
During the 2 year programme a training co-ordinator will visit you in the workplace to review progress against your individual training plan. They will liaise with mentors and supervisors and provide guidance and support throughout the programme to enable ultimate achievement of the award.
